The Fourth of July

4th of July, 1999 - Amherst, NH

Hot!  ...very hot.  With temperatures well into the mid 90's and humidity at 95%, everyone without air conditioning was a little on the limp side of things.  Once again Deb, Megan, Zach and I enjoyed fireworks at Bruce & Claire's.  The voracious mosquitoes were kept at bay by the screen while we quickly enjoyed some rapidly melting ice cream.

4th of July, 1998 - Amherst, NH

It was a perfect 4th of July as far as the weather was concerned.  It was sunny all day and a balmy 80 degrees-F with a light breeze early in the evening.  After the traditional Parade On The Common in Amherst.  We enjoyed the Merimack Fireworks from the comfort of Bruce & Claire's screened porch!
