Hilarious. Although I feel it necessary to point out that that, right there, is at least 1.3 cats.
That is easily enough cat to leave me clinically dead if forced into the same space with it for more than 10 minutes. Why do you people let those things in your house?
Just got “tigga please” vs some naked guy in a fountain. No contest.
Do you upload your own images to these things, or do people do it for you with/without your consent? I got the “times when I am truly happy” venn diagram bit fairly early.
Also, and largely unrelated, did you see that ZeFrank got a full-page portrait in the New York Times Magazine recently? Daaammmn.
If the funniest image in the world is found to be a cat captioned “Im on ur chest lickin ur face”, I may have to move elsewhere. I hear Mars is nice.
I agree with that cat image so much… that site is completely and utterly full of the damn things!
I don’t know about anybody else but I’m voting against any image with a cat.
I also tried submitting most of Lore’s Untitled series but I don’t think it took for some reason.
oh, incidentally I was the one who put up the venn diagrams, in desperations against the mass of rather unfunny images covering that site. I can remove them if you so wish it.

Absolutely. Somebody (or many people) clearly thinks that cats are pure comedy gold.
. . . I may have spoken too soon. I just got “Wanted: Schrodinger’s Cat, Dead and Alive”, which was actually somewhat amusing.
“17 Remain Dead” made it to the top 10. I think the Pants ven diagram deserves to be in the top 3 but it never shows up for voting.
Whoa. It’s above “Halt Hammerzeit.” Well, thanks. I don’t mind people submitting my material to TheFunniest or similar sites. It’s one of those weird situations where I’m a little concerned that if I give permission now, someone will put it in a book or something and not even credit me, but what the hey. In this case it’s for a good cause.
Followup: I did a Google search and that picture’s been ripped off all over the place anyway. That’s actually pretty flattering.
Followup followup: Someone’s incorporated it into a lesson plan. That’s…weird.

I submitted stuff on the theary that A) It all links back to brunching.com anyway, and B) You’re clearly aware of both the site and this thread and could explicitly revoke permission at any time.
I’m upset that Untitled7 isn’t higher. Unlike other Bruching stuff it didn’t make me laugh until I almost hurt myself (like the Breakfast Menu) but I still considered just about the funniest thing on the site.

Allow me to add another vote for “Can’t-wait-until-I-have-to-choose-between-two-cat-pictures”.
It’s the only thing really that allows me to just close the window and resume working.
